Our friendly, experienced and qualified fitness instructors are here to support and guide you through your health and wellbeing journey.
We can provide 15 minute, one to one sessions for staff members to assess your current wellbeing and look at targets for the future.
Our very simple and non-invasive tests include:
Body Mass Index (BMI)
Muscle Mass %
Body Fat %
Bone Mass %
Body Water %
Please note that it would be advisable not to wear tights for your body health check as they will interfere with the readings from the scales. Please try to wear a loose fitting top, or one that can be rolled up to the shoulder, in order for the blood pressure readings to be taken.
Once you have had your first visit, we will support you through your journey with repeat sessions and we are always on hand to assist with any training and exercise needs to enable you to reach your goals!
Please note, as informative as they are, it's important that you use these sessions as guidance only and they should never replace a visit to your GP.
