We can provide 30 minute, one to one sessions for staff members to assess your current wellbeing and look at targets for the future.

Our very simple and non-invasive tests include:

  • Height
  • Weight
  • Body Mass Index (BMI)
  • Blood Pressure
  • Muscle Mass %
  • Body Fat %
  • Bone Mass %
  • Daily Caloric Intake
  • Metabolic Age
  • Body Water %
  • Visceral Fat

It is advisable to not wear tights for your body health check. Tights will need to be removed in order for the tests to be carried out.
