This is a one to one session, run by a qualified fitness Instructor. Following the session you will have a set of results that you can use as a guide for your health and wellbeing journey. We will take you through three different tests:
Body Mass Index (BMI)
Once you have had your first visit, we welcome you to come and review where you will hopefully see how much progress you’re making. However, as informative as they are, it’s important that you use these sessions as guidance only, and should never replace a visit to your GP.
