Cardio Bootcamp Tennis Fitness is a fun, social group fitness session set on a tennis court and suitable for all ages and abilities. Supported by a qualified instructor in a fun and friendly environment, you’ll get to hit lots of tennis balls and have great cardio workout at the same time. No previous experience or equipment necessary (though you can bring your own racket if you wish), just come down, get fit, have fun and give this session a go right on your doorstep!
