Introduction to Aikido

Average user rating 5 out of 5 stars

Join Sheffield Aikido for a series of introductory Aikido classes.

Aikido is a Japanese martial art that uses throws and joint locks. We practice a very dynamic form called Shodokan Aikido, which includes free play and competition.

**Please note that the sessions will take place at the Sheffield Aikido dojo on Eldon Street below Devonshire Green. The activity leader, Sam Coveney, will be meeting participants at the main entrance to the Diamond at 5.15pm to walk them to the dojo, however if you would prefer to make your own way there please be at the dojo ready to start at 5:30pm.**

*For safety, please ensure that fingernails are cut short and filed.*
