Our Mental Health Week - Meditation

The session is suitable for all - from people who already do meditation regularly to those who are completely new. The objective it to stop yourself becoming dominated by an overactive mind and to achieve a calmer mind to set you up for the rest of the day.

Spots are limited, so make sure you book to avoid disappointment.

And if you want more information, come to the OMHW Hub 11-4 every day in the Gallery of the Students’ Union.
