World Mental Health Day falls on 10 October 2017. To support this, Juice is delighted to bring you the following additional session to its already diverse programme.
A refreshing mind and body workout which focuses on core stability and posture. Exercises are performed in a very slow, controlled manner incorporating relaxation and breathing techniques. Pilates increases flexibility, agility and builds strength.
The Juice team will be around on World Mental Health Day to hand out goodie bags and ask you how you look after your own mental health for our Wall of Wellbeing to be exhibited in the Arts Tower Level 1 Reception.
