Hilary has shared her love of Ashtanga yoga with people at all levels for the last six years. Beginners are very welcome and the practice can be easily modified to accommodate any injuries or physical issues.

Great session. Hope there are a larger number of sessions in the future, as they always seem to be booked up when I try to book a place myself. Also, could the Juice team make sure that the room stated is available, as it was locked, and we were wandering about looking for a spare room for quite a while.
