To coincide with World Mental Health Day on 10 October 2016, the Department of Psychology and Student Services have jointly organised a talk focusing on Mental Health.
So if you are interested in Mental Health, want help to raise awareness and require any support, this is the talk for YOU!
The purpose of the talk is to:
- Increase awareness of mental health
- Reduce the stigma of mental health
- Information on how & where to get support
