Juice - Looking after your mental wellbeing

Mental wellbeing describes the way we think and feel about ourselves and others, our confidence, and our ability to control things in our life.

Like physical health, we need to protect our mental wellbeing. By creating opportunities to take some time out, relax and socialise with others, as well as getting involved in physical activity, we can increase our resilience and improve our mental wellbeing.

Juice is delighted to bring you additional sessions on 10 October 2017, in support of World Mental Health Day. Book onto the activities here.

Why not click here to see how colleagues across the University talk about their own experiences of mental wellbeing.

The Juice team will be dropping into some activities on World Mental Health Day to hand out goodie bags and ask you how you look after your own mental wellbeing for our virtual Wall of Wellbeing.

Don't forget to take a look at the Juice Health Hub - over the coming months we'll be publishing new articles about the steps you can take to help keep positive and healthy.
