Festival of Winter Walks

The Ramblers are a charity whose goal is to protect the ability of people to enjoy the sense of freedom and benefits that come from being outdoors on foot.

They’re an association of people and groups who come together to both enjoy walking and other outdoor pursuits and also to ensure that infrastructure and places people can go walking are protected.

The Ramblers annual Festival of Winter Walks is held over the Christmas and New Year period and usually includes some walks in the North York Moors area.

Although it’s already a perfect excuse to get out in the crisp winter weather and enjoy some amazing views of the North Yorkshire Moors, you could always raise funds for your favoured charity by getting sponsors for your walks.
